All clubs wishing to compete in the Powerade Hamilton Island Cup must complete a Club Nomination Form for the 2008 event which can be completed and emailed from this website. Once completed, send the appropriate entry fees by cheque to the Event Administrators.

Nominations close at 5.00pm Friday 18 April 2008.

Once a Club Nomination Form along with the entry fee has been received, a Powerade Hamilton Island Cup Race Kit will be emailed to you. This kit contains Team/Paddler Registration forms, Race Programme, Social Programme, Barge Schedule, Escort Boat Registration Form and Canoe Request Forms.

Team/Paddler Registration Forms must be completed by all individual and team competitors and are due no later than 5.00pm Friday 16 May. This form must include full names and date of birth of paddlers and reserves, and AOCRA membership numbers (if AOCRA members) or signatures.   FAX FORMS TO 07 4948 1700.

All clubs/teams may list on their Team/Paddler Registration forms three (3) more paddlers than allowed in the race, ie. reserves. These paddlers must provide date of birth and AOCRA number or sign the Team/Paddler Registration & Indemnity form also. They may then substitute for the original crew in case of injury. Under no circumstances can crews change between sprint heats and finals.
